Converting

The topic seem very interesting to talk about, to understand the meaning of "Convert; Converted; Converting" a strong meaning behind it. Partly because people I met these days came from all sort of race, nationality & religion (by born or by convert). Although, religion a very sensitive issue to talk about & less people these days open & admit what religion they are. Unless they practice & proud to be as one particular religion by nature. But HEY, it doesn't matter to me if you admit it and proud to be one. We respect each other religion & I AM NOT condemning or against it. :)

What's make me write about "Convert" due to someone have a strong element and suspected convert to one particular religion. Oh well, that's all I wanna share & NO, I'm not coverting to any other religion. I'm proud to be and born as current religion. Although, I'm not practicing it well enough... but trying hard to be a good & close to it each day. :)

Anyways, people these days can sense and read my mind.. Scary man!!

Cross Selling!

Damn, I hate to alight at the main big station. There too many cross selling from what so ever company (you know I know). Sometime due to super later hours from work, so I have no choice and alight there.

What I did when they bother me...

eg...

1. The less aggressive ones... Me: "No Thanks"

2. The very aggressive ones... Me: "You know what? I had a bad day at work, please don't talk to me".

3. I just ignore them and pretend they are not there. LOL

I'm Still Alive!

Hello World! I'm still alive...

Was away to India from Oct 24- Nov 3, 2009. I really enjoyed my holiday & my dearest Japanese friend's wedding in India was superb! Totally Incredible India! What people said about India, wasn't that bad. I like it! Maybe my expectation from each countries I visited was too low. If you ask me, will I visit India again? Answer is YES!

What took my heart away... The Taj Mahal, spectacular & visited Mother Teresa's, she was a kind hearted lady. I remember her words "Never visit the poor empty handed".

And the goodbye with Kisara & her family... Kinda killing me! :( The longest tears from both of us. Sigh We're the Feb cried babies. We cried a lot... 3 longest hugged (Everyone looked at us, we were so drama but the feeling was hard to say... sigh make me cry while typing this). Oh and not forgetting a hugged to her Mum too. Miss them already. :( That's make me recalled of our first cry in Sept 2006 at the SIN airport. Hope I can save more $$$$ for trip to Japan? I have another family in Japan apart from in Germany. ;) So if one day, my Parents decide to dump me (Which I don't think so) I can move to somewhere... so people, you know where to find me ah! LOL

Currently, I'm busy with work, work, work & catching up with friends that I hardly meet... some since last March & some less than that. I had a good time so far. ;)

I will be back publish all my photos in India (I promise). I truly like India, apart of feeling move by the poor kids there. I'm blessed with what I had now... Try to live as simple as possible. I wish I could change their world one day & hope they can have better life soon. Wearing a sunglasses not only protected from sunlight but I've to admit to keep the tears hidden. Sometime It's Happen!

Guess what? First thing first, let's talk about the incident happen next to me... People here always complain about how bad are our customer services, RIGHT? But then some still employ foreign workers that hardly speak English as the front line? Well, it's not wrong just to cut cost & employ foreign worker in this line.. just that they should at least pass their standard English test/exam before be part of front line.

Ang Mo: Do you know yogurt?

Ang Mo: Do you Chocolate?

Front Line: Yes, (Smile)

Ang Mo: I would like to have 1 Chocolate Milk Shake... (Slow motion)

*Oh well, I guess this Ang Mo/ Caucasian or most tourists think that our front line are "Locals" and can't speak English? Please do something people!!

Damn... I hate to talked about it but I guess family & close friends know about it already. About how awful I felt last Friday night till last Sunday night!! :(

I had a super bad allergy!! My eyes were swollen till I hardly open up my eyes/eyelids... Worst allergy attack I ever encounter!! Regret big time! :( Never happen as bad as this, usually by 4 hours it will be back to normal but this time... NO!!! took from Friday Night to Sunday Night, fully recover! Learn my big lesson so as My Mum.. :P

Hello......

I've been busy since Ramadhan...

But last night I met my previous Americano boss (OLD) for a TWO drinks at the hotel lobby. The young and old mat salleh stare at me like I'm like one of the gals there waiting to be call! Anyway, I don't feel weird when people stared at me pun! Coz I don't act or dress like one, in fact I wore conservative office wear with my geeky glasses. LOL :P

Good news is, he will set a new branch in Singapore by the end of this year... And he been busy asking about my current job... (Macam ada new job offer aje?).

My boss expected me to be married or have kids by now! Coz his son (same age) had 2 kids liao. Like father like son... married at young age. He said I look older and mature now... :P Well, dah nak reaching 30 soon... so that's why la eh?


Things on the list, DONE! Even my visa, insurance, flu jab! Kinda excited but at the same time nervous. Hope for the best! ;)

Bad news, My dearest Constantin cancel his flight to India due to work! F***! As a replacement, he sent me a parcel and will be expected to receive it before I left. Anyway, he knows how to cheer me up ah! Basket!

Anyway, Happy 33rd Birthday To You! Hope to plan another trip next year with the Double C Siblings! Chus!

First of all congrat to my long lost ex bf of no. (lost count.. :P) to Lewis Hamilton! & my Finish Friend- Juha.. Become a Dad on Feb! Same Bday as me! Huhu!

Although, I'm not much of a F1 fanatic but I have few knowledge about F1 & share it with my Mum. And guess what? My Mum was the one talking about F1 during Hari Raya visiting. LOL So one of my cousin asked me if my Dad always on the F1 Channel at home? I said NO! And she said where on earth she get all the info/ knowledge from? I just smiled... :P

Don't play2 eh! She even know about Hafiz Koh (The Same Heritage, Our Cina Papas). But I was so grateful that I'm not so sepet/ small eyes like him.. Bless man! ;)

Oh yeah the Makcik/Aunty (My Mum) talked about Hafiz Koh too... Blah2 about car racing... Grateful to have me giving info to my mobile Mum. :P

Hmmm The one watched F1 last Friday- My Dad was not so knowledgeable like her (My Mum) :P So next year... F1 2010, please offer her a pair F1 tickets to F1 wannabe Makcik/Aunty fanatic= My Mum. ;)

The BEST Spot!

I'm having a great week & errand here and there.

Been sending SMSed to Constantin almost every month (at least 4 texts) coz he seldom check his email on time. LOL Since late June 2009, kinda like the new phone, The sms seem far better & faster... I like the keyboard type kinda. Ya, what my friend told me was so bloody true... I will never look back! Although my phone kinda cheapo, I'm so love it! Still not keen about the touch screen yet! Nobody successfully convince me with touch screen phone yet (Not a single guys!). :P

Even better Dad wanna get Blackberry (me convince him to get one). LOL Ada chance to to exchange HP. He don't mind using old phone anyway. :P

Guess what? I went to another supermarket yesterday, search high and low to find the Custard Flour! AND OUT OF STOCK! Guess where I finally get it at? Just a across the road where I live! DAMN!! Waste my bloody trip! Oh well, I managed to get few of my stuffs done at the same time! Worthy trip!

HALLO World! I'm Back! After days & weeks...

First thing first, Selamat Berpuasa/ Happy Fasting To All Muslim.

My blog layout still haywire! DAMN! And I've been typing TWO posts and can't save it.. So this the third!

This week, I'm busy with prepare for my baking things... that include buying things for my baking business.

1. I lost my Australian honey somewhere at home. And I can't used my German honey, kinda off the price for baking. Gonna wait till my sister come over the weekend and she will give me her half jar of honey from don't know where la eh.

2. Custard Flour- out of stock even at some supermarket. I will go to another supermarket tomorrow.

3. Thinking of a mini fridge in my bedroom to avoid sharing with the other family members. Some may know the reason why, to avoid big argument with some & piss me off during the argument.. I SHOULD get one!

*PS Anyone wanna give me early Bday present feel free to give me Mini Fridge. :P

4. Count days to find my own place which kinda FATHOPE! :(
Should consider moving out of SIN HAHAHA (Evil Laugh).

5. Counting days for holiday & meet my Fun & Lovely friends in Oct.. India here we come!

6. Thanks to a friend, he gave me the local SIN agent contact for my India trip... as least a friend pity me eh sleep late.. As usual, after work I kena face to face with my lovely BF- MAC and let my fingers do the walking to surf for right agents in India. But looks like I no longer have to read about India travel books most of the time. Damn bored after awhile.

Thanks to Kisara's hubby, he gonna find us a good agent there. For now I got to book for hotel in Delhi ONLY!

The travel insurance agent, she kinda so helpful.. My friend intro me to the good agent. Thumbs up Dude!

7. I'm addicted to "Giulia y Los Tellarini - Barcelona", "The Stephane Wrembel Trio - Big Brother" & "Paco de Lucia - Entre dos Aguas (My all time fave)" The Spanish Musics from "Vicky Cristina Barcelona Soundtrack" LOVELY!

8. Travel Insurance, Visa & Hotel in Delhi not done yet! As for flights to India and include domestic flights... DONE!

9. Call CPF (DONE!) & buy safe kit box (Tomorrow!).

10. Time to clean up my junk at home!!

To be honest - my plan for India is not good enough by half... Although my boss has already agreed to give me some of next years' holiday this autumn in order to go to India, it wasn't possible yet to plan the trip in detail. At the moment - because of some changes in the structure and organization of the company and because i have to repeat my last MBA exam as soon as possible- it is not so easy to plan for the end of october in detail now.

Dear Friends, I already make a effort to place photos of you guys on a side table in my bedroom.. LOL Crazy? Yeah but not really! I love you guys as much I love the other friends in Singapore. My Parents know that I value friendships & meant a lot more than others. And the promises we had always happen as the way we wanted. I never divide friends by status & etc, to me we are equal as human.

The friendships I had with Constantin for 8 years & Kisara for 6 years never fail & the rest more than 10 years, we still keep counting for years to come.

And I make another promise we (Me, Constantin & Kisara) will meet again in late Oct. Huhu

Homework Endless!

I'm the person at always plan for everything and seldom unplanned. But once in a while okay la to take it easy & go with the flow! This round I have to plan very well, just like what I did in Dec 2005- Jan 2006. This round NO back up... or call for help! As always, I plan for... Plan A, Plan B & sometime there's a Plan C which rarely lah eh. LOL

I could say... I born lucky (But not that lucky) so far! I always have back up in everything. Just name it, Plan A, Plan B or Plan C. LOL Kancong mah!

Oh yeah! Done damaged at ZARA last Friday, but not for me! A surprise gift for my Dearest Good Friend! Damn, I miss him! And I've make advance plan far before hand for his 33th Bday gift! Really in advance hor! Buying a gifts for a MALE not easy eh! I always have to think out of the box on their gifts. Anyway for this friend, Far easy! He like everything I bought for him... Cheapo to Slightly Expensive! Nah, please DO NOT expected any expensive gift from me, unless you are my special BF eh! IF not forget it!

Not only that... I've helped Dr F choosing his new Italian Office Chair for his new apartment! We have lot in common home items. Congrat on your new apartment! Can I move in with you? LOL Nah Kidding! He don't like the idea of cohabit anyway! Totally a classic guy for such race & nationality! Whatever!

Drinking alone till sober. LOL Anyway, Mum booked me on Aug 9th, for kenduri thingy! So no excuse this time, better than nothing huh! ;)

I Love Library!

Hello World! I was really busy last week so kinda out of bound. :P That's not the real excuse, I was at the library last week hunting for more Travel Guide Books To India. Yeah It's my 2nd round there (The Library Visit, For India Trip in Oct-Nov). I'm a real cheapo when it come to buy a expensive book, coz I remember bought a Travel Guide Book- Germany F***ing expensive $50 over Singapore Dollars. And I only read and cover few places in Germany. So this round, I rather NOT buying a travel book but end up hunting high & low for the latest edition of the Travel Guide in library! This time I am far lucky!

The fact is I love library so much! Maybe library was introduce since I was a little girl, Yeah my oldest cousin.. she used to work with Library as a Librarian so every Saturday I will join her and accompany her to work & at the same time I love reading books + I get free old books too. LOL Still have the old books (More than 50pcs old books on my book shelf cabinet, Mum don't allow me to throw or give away!) :(

And yes, I still visit library and borrow books whenever I'm free. Some friends may sound it a bit strange, but HEY! That's real me lah eh! I don't mind going alone & I spend hours there too.

So while reading a Gourmet Travel This Month Edition, came across this. Lovely eh?

After hours in library (Lost count of the hours, minutes & seconds) then back home! Honestly, National Geographic Traveller Book have Over The Tip Top Photos! I love it! Ohh apart of like the Library, Books, Travel, Foods, Plants & also Photography too! I've huge collection of interesting photos.... yet to publish!

And finally, my air ticket to India booked! Huhu! So looking forward for India Trip! Well, be going there with my sister, BIL, Mihoko & Constantin (93% going) + Kentaro (Mat Jepun that can speak & sing Malay Fluently) if he's going lah eh!

The First Timer!

After a long week, I enjoyed my weekend...

I am "The First Timer Smoking Shisha"... Truly outdated for 27 years old female like me! Everything is a first time for me. Sigh!

I get high and low smoking Mango Flavor Shisha with my friend/ kakis (cum Ibrahim's Cousin).. Another two (His friends) wasn't interested at all. Anyway, not too bad for a first timer like me with guide from a friend. I will do it again for sure.
